1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from PUJA STORE (pujastore.shop), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

2. Our Official Store & Domains

Our primary and official storefront is purajstore.shop — this is, and will always be, the main home of PUJA STORE. We also own and operate pujastore.shop, pujastore.shop, and pujastore.shop. These four domains are the only official properties of pujastore, now and in the future.

Any other website, page, or seller using the pujastore name, logo, or branding — on any domain other than the four listed above — is not affiliated with us. Such sites are impersonations and are not authorised to sell our products. We accept no responsibility for purchases made through them, and we strongly advise against buying from any site claiming to bepujastore outside of these domains. If you come across one, please report it to us via WhatsApp.

3. Digital Products & Licensing

All products sold are digital downloads — no physical goods are shipped.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial license to use the assets in your own projects, including client work, social media, YouTube, and advertising.
Unless Section 4 grants resale rights for that specific product, you may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim ownership of our assets in their original or only slightly modified form.
You may not include our assets in template packs, digital bundles, or products sold to others, unless Section 4 grants resale rights for that product or a separate reseller agreement is in place.
Reselling or redistributing any product that does not include resale rights, without our prior permission, is a violation of these Terms and may result in legal action to protect our intellectual property.
Credit/attribution is appreciated but not required.
The licence above governs what we permit you to do. It is not a warranty about third-party rights in the content — that is dealt with in Section 5.
Resale and rebranding are dealt with separately in Section 4.

4. Resale, Rebranding & Resell Rights

By default, buying a product does not give you the right to resell, rebrand, or redistribute it. The commercial licence in Section 3 lets you use the assets in your own content and client work. It does not let you sell the assets themselves.

Resale is permitted only where the product page for that specific product expressly grants it. Where granted, the page will say so using one of the following:

Resell Rights (RR)

You may sell the product on in the form it was supplied. You may not present it as your own original creation, and you may not pass resale rights on to your buyer.

Master Resell Rights (MRR)

You may sell the product on, and you may also pass resale rights to your buyer.

Private Label Rights (PLR)

You may edit, rebrand, rename and present the product as your own, and sell it under your own brand.

The following apply to every resale right we grant:

The grant applies only to the specific product on whose page it appears. It never extends to any other product, or to a larger bundle that happens to contain it.
If a product page says nothing about resale, no resale right is granted. Rights cannot be inferred from a category name, a promotional message, a discount, or from another product bought in the same order.
Resale rights do not transfer ownership or copyright. We retain ours, and you may not register or claim exclusive rights in the underlying content.
You may not resell in a way that uses the PUJA STORE name or logo, or that implies you are us, are affiliated with us, or are an authorised reseller of our store.
Where a product carries resale rights but is not Category A under Section 6, the "as-is" position in Section 5 still applies — to you and to anyone you sell to. You are responsible for what you pass on.
Want resale rights on a product that doesn't currently include them? Contact support — they can often be added for an additional fee.
Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing a product without the right to do so is a breach of these Terms, and may result in your access being revoked and in legal action to protect our intellectual property.

5. Content Origin, Copyright & Watermarks

Please read this section before buying. It is the most important part of these Terms.

5.1 No general guarantee

PUJA STORE both creates its own content and sources content from other sellers — some bundles are produced by our team, and others are purchased from third-party sellers and offered here under our branding. A large part of the catalogue is therefore curated and compiled rather than filmed or designed by us. Except where Section 6 applies, we give no guarantee, warranty or assurance of any kind that any reel, video, image, template, or other digital product sold on this website is copyright-free, royalty-free, watermark-free, or cleared for use on any particular platform.

In particular, and without limitation, we do not guarantee that any product is free of:

third-party copyright, or any music, audio or soundtrack subject to it;
watermarks, logos, brand marks, or on-screen graphics;
channel names, usernames, handles, or account tags;
the name, face, voice, or likeness of any person;
trademarks, or any other third-party right.

Products are supplied on an "as-is" basis. You are responsible for reviewing content before you publish it, and for deciding whether your intended use is appropriate in your country and on your chosen platform.

6. What We Do Guarantee — Product Categories

A guarantee applies only where the product page for that specific product says so. Every product falls into one of the three categories below, and the category determines what you are entitled to. Where a product page says nothing, Category C applies.

Category A — “Created by PUJA STORE”

Products whose page states that the content was created by PUJA STORE or the PUJA STORE team.

This is original content we produced ourselves. For these products we do guarantee that the content is free of third-party copyright and free of watermarks. Refund threshold: 25% (see Section 9.3), and a refund under this category also carries a goodwill payment.

Category B — Labelled “copyright-free” or “no watermark”

Products not created by us, but whose page expressly describes them as copyright-free, royalty-free, or free of watermarks.

Here we pass on the description given to us and check what we reasonably can, but the content is not ours. Refund threshold: 50% (see Section 9.3).

Category C — All other products (default)

Any product whose page makes no statement about origin, copyright, or watermarks.

Sold strictly as-is under Section 5.1. No copyright or watermark guarantee applies, and no refund is available on those grounds. The percentage thresholds in Section 9.3 do not apply to Category C products.

If you are unsure which category a product falls into, ask us on WhatsApp before purchasing and we will tell you in writing.

7. Payment

All payments are processed securely through Cosmofeed. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Existing purchases are not affected.

8. Delivery

Download links are provided immediately after successful payment on the Thank You page. You are responsible for downloading and saving your files. If you experience any issues, contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

9.1 General position

Our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, so they cannot be returned once accessed. All sales are final, except in the specific cases set out in 9.2 and 9.3 below. We do not refund for change of mind, accidental purchase, or a product you no longer need.

9.2 Delivery and technical failures

We will re-send your files, provide a replacement, or issue a full refund — whichever is appropriate — if:

your download link is broken or expired;
the file or archive is corrupted or incomplete;
you received the wrong product;
the product does not match the description on its product page;
a bundle contains 50% or more fewer files than the quantity advertised;
you were charged twice for the same order.

9.3 Copyright and watermark claims

This applies only to Category A and Category B products as defined in Section 6. It does not apply to Category C.

Category A (Created by PUJA STORE): if 25% or more of the files in the product are affected by a watermark or a genuine third-party copyright issue, you receive a full refund plus a goodwill payment — an additional 10% of the amount paid, subject to a minimum of ₹50. We made that content, so the shortfall is ours to answer for.
Category B (labelled copyright-free / no watermark): if 50% or more of the files are affected and are therefore not usable, you receive a full refund.

Below these thresholds we will replace the affected files where we can, but a refund is not available.

9.4 How a claim is assessed

A percentage can only be measured against the bundle as a whole, so a claim has to reflect the whole bundle. Please note:

Checking or uploading a small number of files from a large bundle does not establish that 25% or 50% of it is affected. Publishing two or three reels from a bundle of 1,000–3,000 and receiving a claim on them is not, on its own, grounds for a refund.
A single copyright claim, strike, or takedown on one uploaded video does not by itself meet the threshold.
You will need to give us your order ID, the affected file names, and evidence such as screenshots of the claim notice or of the visible watermark.
Claims under 8.3 must be raised within 7 days of purchase. Claims under 8.2 must be raised within 48 hours.

9.5 Not covered

Change of mind, buying the wrong product, or no longer needing it.
Any copyright, watermark, logo, channel-name, or likeness issue in a Category C product.
Incompatibility with a software version not stated on the product page.
Monetisation being refused, an account action, or revenue not meeting your expectations.
General dissatisfaction where the product matches its description and advertised quantity.

10. No Guarantee of Results, Views or Growth

We sell content. We do not sell results.

We give no guarantee, promise or assurance of any kind regarding:

views, plays, watch time or impressions;
followers, subscribers or audience growth;
likes, comments, shares, saves or engagement of any kind;
reach, virality, or how any algorithm treats your posts;
monetisation, ad revenue, sponsorships, sales or earnings of any amount;
account standing, verification, or eligibility for any creator programme.

This applies to everything published under our name — this website, the homepage, any product or landing page, our social media, and any advertisement or message we send. Where such material mentions results, growth or earnings, it is illustrative only and must not be read as a promise of what you will achieve. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and similar platforms run their own algorithms, rights systems and moderation decisions, all of which change over time and none of which we control.

Our responsibility is to deliver the product we promised you — the bundle, in the quantity and form described on its product page, delivered instantly and available for life. What happens after that depends on your niche, your posting consistency, your editing, your captions, your timing and the platform itself. Keep posting, keep testing what works, and keep going. That part is yours, and it is the part that decides the outcome.

11. Intellectual Property

The PUJA STORE website itself — including its graphics, text, branding, layout and code — is our intellectual property, and unauthorised reproduction of it is prohibited. Ownership of the content within individual products remains with its respective rights holders, as described in Section 5.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PUJA STORE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including any claim, strike, takedown, or account action taken against you by a third-party platform. Our total liability in respect of any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, save where Section 9.3 provides otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
